Enamelware large oval roaster with high fitted lid with raised oval rings on the bottom to let juices flow and prevent sticking. Outside dimensions are 9" X 13", inside dimensions are 12" X 8". Roaster stands 3" high without the lid and 6" high with the lid on. It has 2 2.25" wide off-center handles and a small 1.5" recessed handle on the top of the lid. For small poultry and roasts about 5-7 pounds, for turkey see the seasonal D87 Turkey Roaster. Oven, freezer, and dishwasher safe. High quality steel construction with a baked on porcelain enamel finish in 2 coats results in a slightly textured finish. The naturally non-stick surface makes it easy to clean. Enamelware is not intended for microwave use. Dishwasher safe, do not leave in standing water.
